Knitting

Knitting is the most frequently used method in fabric production after weaving. Knitting is the backbone of any fabric industry as yarns are interloped to make elastic and flexible fabric and convert the yarn or thread into cloth. Our knitting team involves highly skilled and trained professionals who can accommodate the production order around the clock. With modern machines of the world and the latest state-of-the-art equipment, our knitting section works best to provide quality fabric to their customers. To produce the knitted fabric of supreme quality, ZB apparel chooses high-quality raw material.

Dyeing

Our in-house dyeing department is well equipped with modern dyeing machines with a production capacity of 20,000 kg of dyeing per day. To fulfill the daily dyeing requirement, we installed the dyeing machine for dyeing cotton fabric and a fully computerized high-temperature jet-dyeing machine to dye all other synthetic fabrics such as polyester. To ensure dyeing quality, we also developed a laboratory to check the dyeing fabric, as per the buyer’s requirement. The dyeing process includes different factors such as colorfastness and shrinkage etc.

Stitching

ZB Apparel focuses more on fabric stitching as good stitching is the customer’s primary need. We can complete multiple orders simultaneously with a vast range of stitching units installed with more than 4,185 stitching units. We have expert operators to ensure the company’s objective of zero defects. Manual and automatic machines provide us speed to produce different garments simultaneously. Besides, our 34 Conti Complete / Rosso Italian machines can make more than 20,000 dozen pairs in a day.

Cutting

We installed a modern CAD /CDM system for grading and designing in our cutting department. To make the cutting procedure easy and effective, we equipped our cutting department with the latest machinery such as Auto-cutter, Gerber Plotter, Bierrebi, Band Knife, and Spreader. Our skilled unit manager use plotting and auto lay marking art technology to reduce fabric wastages.

Finishing

ZB Apparel Finishing department comprises automatic hydro-extractors to remove the moisture from the dyed fabric. Our finishing department consists of an automatic dryer for instant fabric drying and calendaring machines for rolling and soft-setting fabric. To minimize the fabric shrinkage, fitted the fully computerized compaction machines and panel dryers for complete shrinkage control. Before leaving the finishing department, the fabric is checked correctly by personal attention before forwarding it to the next production stage.

Quality Assurance

ZB Apparel has a very stringent quality system to check the fabric quality at every manufacturing stage, from raw cotton, yarn, fabric to stitching and packing. Before moving the order from one department to another, quality inspection is mandatory to ensure that fabric is according to our customer requirements. After fabric cutting, only good-quality pieces move to the stitching unit. An excellent final audit is also performed before dispatch.
